Methodology
A flight counts as "on time" if it arrives within 15 minutes of its scheduled time (UK CAA definition). Each destination's score is a flight-weighted average across every UK origin, airline and month in the dataset.
Portugal destinations with fewer than 500 scheduled flights from the UK are excluded so seasonal or low-traffic airports don't distort the ranking.
